Collections Webhook

I'm editing a product by adding/removing collections, but this action doesn't trigger collections update's webhook.（collections/update）

Hi!

Given what you're describing, I'd say that creating and deleting collections trigger a collections/create and collections/delete webhook respectively but not a collections/update one.
