Is it possible to connect a shopify site's database to the desktop app? For example, I want to sell software (a desktop app) on a shopify website. This software is a subscription and cloud-based software. So the user will have to log in to the user in order to use it. With Shopify, can I connect my desktop app to the website in order for it to check the current subscription status of the user and in order for the app to use the same login information for the desktop as the user made on the website we buying the software?
