Hi, I would like each of my orders to have a tag added right after purchase. The tag would display a date that is 7 business days in the future, from the date of purchase. For example, if a customer purchased on April 30th, the tag would display "05/09/2023". If this is very difficult to do, I would love to offer someone a quick job to create this function for me. Thank you.

You can do this with Order Automator app. There are various features, but the one you're talking about is the order tagger feature. You create rules that tag orders based on the order conditions.
