Does anyone know when does Shopify exactly capture the customer's email to trigger abandon emails notifications?
Is it on the first checkout page? Or does he need to click on proceed to shipping? Because i chose use billing address for shipping address.
The whole checkout is on 1 page only and there is only the pay now button.
Does shopify still capture the email for abandoned checkout recovery?
