I have a fulfillment service on my shop with inventory_management set to true.
Each hour Shopify would hit my #{callback_url}/fetch_stock.json endpoint to get the updated stock levels.
However, after about 20 hours the hourly requests have stopped coming in.
Up until Shopify stopped hitting my endpoint the requests were being fulfilled with HTTP Status 200 codes and as far as I can tell valid data.
Is it possible for someone at Shopify to look into why the requests to my endpoint have stopped?
Let me know and I can DM you details. Thanks in advance for your help.
hello there
it is possible for someone at Shopify to investigate why the requests to your endpoint have stopped. You can contact Shopify Support and provide them with the details of your fulfillment service and the issue you are experiencing.
You can contact Shopify Support through the Shopify Help Center by selecting "Contact support" and providing your store's details and a description of the issue you are experiencing. You may also want to include any relevant logs or error messages from your endpoint to help with the investigation.
Once you have submitted a support request, a member of the Shopify support team will review your issue and provide assistance as needed.
If this fixed your issue, likes and accepting as a solution are highly appreciated.

Thanks @EcomGraduates . I tried that, and they said they wouldn't help and directed me back to the forums.
If anyone from Shopify could lend a hand here I would appreciate it.
