Can someone confirm if there's any limit on the total number of webhooks we can create through Webhooks rest admin API?

There shouldn't be a limit on the amount you can create with the rest API, how many were you trying to create?

Haven't tried any numbers yet. Wanted to know if there is really a limit,
considering a use case we have.
