Mandatory customer Webhook

Hello dear  my english is not fluently so i have a issue about integration public app

i saved all my mandatory webhook routes in app setup page

but how can i test   this i dont know what should i do 

could someone help me please.

If you have already configured your mandatory webhooks, then you should be able to test and troubleshoot them like any other webhook subscription by triggering the corresponding actions. For example, create a customer in your development store, then 'Request Customer Data' for that customer and the 'customers/data_request' webhook should be sent to your application.

how can i see  my webhook  work

i wrote a custom url but i dont know how  is it work ..

anyone should ı write code in my mandatory hook url file inside?
