Mandatory webhook on php based app

Hello,

I have implemented an app for the print orders. Now I want help regarding the webhook those are mandatory based on this article (https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/webhooks/configuration/mandatory-webhooks)

I have added end point inside the app admin(Please see attached screenshot). How can I test that my webhooks are working fine and ready for the give in shopify review to publish the app.
Anyone can please help me here.

Can you tell me more about the app and what it's supposed to do? 
=> App developed for the print out ordered Invoice 

What type of functionality does it add to Shopify stores?

=> App provide print invoice functionality, It means merchant can print the ordered invoice directly through the APP.

what exactly are you trying to achieve with the webhooks?
=> I have read the article about guideline to publish the app in the app store and find that mandatory webhooks so I have search about that and add endpoint as mentioned in the screenshot. Now I want to check that Is this the correct way that I have did so far and next what I have to do to test the mandatory webhooks are working fine and I can continue with the next step for the publishing app in the app store.

Can you please help me here what I have to do next so I can publish my first app successfully in the app store.
