Missing `billing_on ` field for `app_subscriptions/update` webhook event

Hi,

I'm working with your Billing API and as far I see there's missing an essential field for recurring subscriptions for webhooks topic app_subscriptions/update. There's no field for such as `billing_on`. In your documentation there's a reference to RecurringApplicationCharge where this field exists but on webhooks payload it doesn't. 

Is this something that you missed out or is it by design?
