Null fields on customers/redact

The payloads for customers/redact requests have stared coming in with null values for email and phone fields. 

Has something changed?

Hi Hpsmatheus

 

This could be related to the changes around Protected customer data  - have you updated your API version, or are making calls to get data your app may not have access to?

Hi @Liam I recently updated to the 2022-10 version, but in that process I requested access to protected customer data an it is approved. In theory I have acces to both customer email and phone, I'm still getting those null values tho. I've also seen other partners facing same issue, could it be smth on Shopify's end?
