On Location Change Webhook For Order/Update Not Firing

Hi,
We have store with multiple location, we are storing order response to our custom database when an order is created, but we also want to store the fulfillment location when we change it from the admin.
We have written the order update/edit webhook, but it is not firing. Can you suggest me which webhook will work here?
