Hi,
We have integrated the Shopify order web-hook to receive the paid orders in our warehouse management system, however for one of the seller we are not receiving the webhook calls from Shopify on the order creation whereas for other clients its working fine.
I review the store setting and it is same as like we have for another store. Can anyone suggest what can be the possible cause?

Surprisingly for this store we received one order initially post that no orders are received.
Hope to get the solution soonest.
Hello, @Swapnil_Gadewar, I was unfortunately not able to find those orders in the webhook or job logs. Could you provide us with some more information? What store were these orders for, and when were they placed?

The orders are of following store, mojomojo.sg and those are placed 5 to 6 hours back.
Hmm.... I still can't find those orders - are you sure they still exist? I can see other orders for that store still having webhooks sent successfully, such as 2941232709784.
EDIT: I'm forwarding this thread to the orders team, since it doesn't look like an issue with webhook delivery.

Just hijacking this thread, are webhooks sent if an order is created through the API?

Yes, the orders which i shared are present in the account but we have not received via web-hook.
The following order 2941232709784 is the only one that initially received but after that we haven't received any web-hook notification from the Shopify for this store.
Appreciate your help.
