Orders/paid webhook

Hi team, 

 

We are using orders/paid webhook for capturing order details for our app we have already filled out the customer data protection form till 14, and all things are working properly after that we stopped getting the customer object in orders/paid payload due to this we are now not able to capture the details due to which now our sells is getting affected

Hi - for accessing that data, your app will need to have the required scope `read_customer_personal_data`.

read_customer_personal_data   

 

where can we find this and the things are working from long time it got stopped after 14 of this month  

 

The customer data protection form we have filled already and it is approved.

Do you have all the protected customer fields approved? You can check this in the partner dashboard in API access > Protected customer data access Manage button. If so, and you're still not getting the info returned that you should be getting then you'll need to contact Partner Support directly to look into this further.

yeah, we have reached out to partner support we are just waiting for them to give us update on this. Do you have any idea why this issue is happening?
