ORDERS_UPDATED vs ORDERS_EDITED webhook

The documentation of these two webhooks says the same thing.

What does ORDERS_UPDATED trigger, that ORDERS_EDITED does not?

To our knowledge ORDERS_EDITED trigger less often than ORDERS_UPDATED.
