Seeking Assistance: Endpoint Calls Issue During Shopify App Review

Our team is currently developing a payment service app, and everything was running smoothly during testing on our Shopify development store. However, upon submitting our app for review to the Shopify team, we encountered a significant hurdle.

It seems that our endpoint isn't receiving any calls when test purchases are made by the Shopify test team, despite functioning properly when triggered from our development store. Initially, we suspected firewall or configuration issues, but even after switching to an open endpoint URL, the problem persists.

I want to highlight that calls to our "connect store" endpoint are arriving as expected, whether made by our test store or by the Shopify review team.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue during their app review process? Any insights or suggestions you can offer would be immensely appreciated.
