Shopify inbox APIについて3点ほど質問がございます。


①Shopify inbox で、ユーザーから受け取ったメッセージに対する返信の自動化を行えるアプリケーションを開発したいと思っています。inboxは「ユーザーから受け取ったメッセージの内容」「受信したユーザーに対するメッセージの送信」などの機能のAPIを提供しておりますでしょうか?


②Shopify messaging APIがあると拝見しました。こちらはどのインターフェイスで使用できるものでしょうか?こちらがinboxのAPIに該当するのでしょうか?


③messaging APIは一部のパートナーのみ使用できるとのことですが、こちらを使用できるかどうかの確認方法などはありますでしょうか?




I have three questions about the Shopify inbox API.


I would like to develop a Shopify inbox application that can automate replies to messages received from users. inbox provides APIs for functions such as "contents of messages received from users" and "sending messages to users who have received messages". Do you have an API for "messages received from users", "sending messages to received users", etc.?


I saw that there is a Shopify messaging API. Which interface can we use for this? Is this the same as the inbox API?


I understand that the messaging API can only be used by certain partners, but is there any way to check if it can be used?

Hi @Taka421 unfortunately that program is in closed Beta now so it is not possible to join at this time. You could check with our partner support team if you are eligible for inclusion in future betas. Hope this helps!
