Hi, some of the shops that have installed our app have paid/order webhooks with no checkout_id field, its set null. Its like 0.5% from all of our transactions.
Hard to say exactly without an example order, but the most common case is that the order was created through the API. Since the order didn't come from a checkout, it doesn't have a checkout_id.
