Shopify "order update" webhook is dropping orders

We have a enabled an "Order Update" webhook that periodically drops few order updates. Is this a know issue? Is there a workaround this problem?

Although it is not often, it is possible for a webhook not to fire. Our docs have the following statement: 

Your app should not rely solely on receiving data from Shopify webhooks. Since webhook delivery is not always guaranteed, you should implement reconciliation jobs to periodically fetch data from Shopify. Most query endpoints support both thecreated_at_minandupdated_at_minfilter parameters. These filters can be used to build a job that fetches all resources that have been created or updated since the last time the job ran.

Taking that into account, you can use the API endpoints to fill in any missing data.
