I am trying to create a webhook with version 2022-10. I am developing an app using Laravel Framework with osiset laravel library.

 

Is there anyone who is facing the same issue? Share a solution if you have one.

Which resource are you having issues creating it for? Does it contain customer PII data? Could be related to having to request access to PII data inside the Shopify Partners app managment page. Go to the "app setup" menu option in your Partners account, hit the button "Request access" under the section "Protected customer data access".
