webhook failling

Hi I'm having a problem with my custom app live on a store, for the past 2hrs the webhooks are failing despite the fact that the response time is less than 2s

From my end it looks like all failures for this shop are occurring due to a timeout (failure to respond within 5 seconds). There may be a discrepancy with what's being displayed on the dashboard. If you DM the webhook id for that specific webhook you've provided I can tell you exactly what's going on there

hello marcusradica, thanks for trying to help, last time the webhook just started working normally again, but the problem is back...

and it says TIMEOUT but the response time is less than 5s, actually it's around 1-2s
