Webhook identification inconsistency

When receiving the "x-shopify-shop-domain" header it doesn't seem to be consistent with {shop}.myshopify.com format if the shop has an additional (main) domain like shop.com. Note: it happens when sending a test notification via the button "Send test notification" after creating a new webhook.
The documentation doesn't say anything about whether the format is always {shop}.myshopify.com or can sometimes be domain.com (source).
Can someone clarify this? Thanks!

Thanks for flagging this. It appears to only be an issue with test webhooks triggered from the admin. The webhooks team have created an issue to resolve.
