I would be happy to check in front of you if you are familiar with a problem related to sending webhooks with "paid" status.
We have an integration so that after a transaction is established in shopify in a customer's store and its payment status is "paid", shopify send us the details of the transaction and we produce a document in our system.
On September 11th and 12th, the store received a number of orders. For most orders the webhooks were sent to us, but for 4 orders we did not receive the webhooks (Although its payment status is paid).
Do you know what can cause this? I will note that we also receive webhooks when the order status changes to fulfilled, and we did receive these webhooks.
