Webhook to integrate NetSuite using SuiteScript (Suitelet)

Hi,
I have created a Suitelet in NetSuite to get data from shopify, and created a webhook for Customer create event in that I have used external URL or suitelet, which will get called when any customer will be created in Shopify account.
But it is not working; I have tried with test link which is also not working,
I need your guidance.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "not working"? There are no ongoing issues with webhooks at this time.

I dont know why it is not working, it should hit provided link so NetSuite suitelet will get called and fetch data. Is there any other special  settings that we should do in shopify account .
