What should I do in Mandatory webhooks if my App hasn't collected customer data?

Hi there!

I'm new to develop my first app. I'm confused that my app scope is only view_products, so it hasn't collected any customer data, what should I do and response in Mandatory webhooks (customers/data_request and customers/redact)?

My app only stores the merchant's instagram access token and media url. Could any kind mate give me a correct direction to understand how to deal the request?
