When will I receive an update on "Protected customer data access"?

For a long time already (many months) I have been awaiting feedback from our request for "Protected customer data access". Since the 2022-07 api-version is out of date now we urgently need the Protected customer data access for our users to be able to continue to use our app.


Five days ago I resubmitted our request for Protected customer data access but I still did not receive any answer. Am I doing anything wrong? Is there a support that I can contact? There used to be a chat feature but I can't find that anymore.


I hope somebody can guide me through this process.
