AliExpress Dropshipping - Do I need the vendor's permission or the actual brand's permission

Hello,

I plan on dropshipping AliExpress for my Shopify store. Do I need the vendor's permission or the brand's permission to dropship branded products? I plan on sending out reseller agreements here pretty soon so I just want to know what is legal for a business in the United States. Thanks!

Hi @Selvence 

Normally dropshipping suppliers do not require agreement or legal procedure to sell their products.  If you are dropshipping from Aliexpress, free to go.  All sellers offer blind dropshipping.

Shopify requires a reseller agreement if you are selling branded products from AliExpress, otherwise, your payment gateway will get shut down till you get direct authorization from the distributor.
