Aliexpress standard shipping

Hi there,

I’ve started a dropshipping store and have quite a few different products.

I’m wondering if anyone else has had problems with the Ali express standard shipping. 

on most of my orders this is either the only option or the only reasonable price option. 

I have oberlo send a message saying to not include invoices ect or anything that says aliexpress on the package. 

I have them sent a message to confirm this and whilst most suppliers say it’s ok, a few have sent photos of the shipping label and it says Shipper: Aliexpress. 

Obviously I hope this doesn’t cause any issues with my customers. Has anyone had a customer ask them about this and what do you reply? 

or how to avoid this situation all together !!

Please try any private label suppliers. They will put an invoice with your company name and logo.
