Amazon Help!

Can someone help me integrate my store and Amazon. I 'm trying to get the products to sync, but Shopify is telling me they can't confirm access. I do see Shopify has the access to sell and it's connected under permissions, so I don't know what's going on. I've been trying to connect this for 4 days now. I've done it before in the past and I don't remember it being this difficult.
