Best Dropship tech/ app set up

Hi,

we are new on shopify and wondering if you can give us some advices.

We create a dropship setup in Europe with a small manufactory producing for us.

1. Order
2. order forwarded to manufacturer  
3. producing the ordered product 
4. direct shipped to costumer

We tested a lot of apps and still not happy with the setup.

We are looking for the best way to forward the "internal order" to our partner + shipping label (or access to a shipping tool) and delivery note to print.

Which tools would you recommend to use?
Preferred a all-in-one solution und not so super expensive.

I guess you want your order vendor to receive the order notification email so that they ship directly to your customer.
