Can I dropship in US if I live in Malaysia?

Hi guys, I have opened my online dropshipping clothing store. It's been about a week and I'm getting close to no traffic at all. Is it because I'm not allowed to dropship in US from another country? Even if it's allowed, do I have to pay any taxes ?

That is the biggest advantage in dropshipping. Your location never matters here. You can sell anywhere to the world.

Usually there is no taxes involved as the order amout for dropship order will be much.

I live in South East Asia for several years. From my own experience, there is no limited for dropshipping. Also there will be no tax normally.

Did you opened an oversea bank?

Last but not least, may i know what bank are you using to receive your payments?

Dropshipping had been in Malaysia for the longest time I can remember when first eBay penetrate the market back in 2005. That time it wasn't called dropshipping yet and it's not popular. You need to find a reliable dropshipping company that provides all your needs from placing orders to them, they packing and shipped for you directly from their warehouse (anywhere in the world). Most drop shipping companies had incurred all necessary taxes and shipping costs unless stated otherwise in some of their T&C. 

Your website can be operating anywhere in the world and sells it everywhere. Most importantly they land on your website and they trust your store!

Depending on your target market. If your target market is the whole world, I recommend PayPal or Stripe but if your market is local in Malaysia, better sign up with iPay88 or Razer Merchant Services. All these payment gateways had their advantages and disadvantages but the most important when comparing these payment gateways is payment settlement to your bank account. Imagine your payment was withheld by the payment gateway and it could take up to 30days or more to be able to transfer to your account. That's would affect your cash flow operating your business.
