Cant figure out appropriate shopify shipping rate/profile settings to use for CJDROPSHIPPING

Id like my Shopify store to automatically calculate shipping rates based on the cj dropshipping websites quoted rates for its products. In Shopify > Settings > Shipping and Delivery > App shipping profiles >, I dont see any profile for CJ dropshipping yet I see one for Printful. I am confused because I setup my shipping options in cj dropshipping to link to my shopify store, and it seems my Shopify store is not seeing that and calculating based on cj dropshipping prices like it does for Printful.
