Dear all,

I was thinking of drop shipping items such as Pokemon apparels and products? Products sourced are from Chinese companies.

Would such a business model have legal issues(copyrights infringements) as the products that it is dealing with is not the official products from Pokemon.

Some links that I have come across below:

Help much appreciated!

If they are not licensed products you can assume that you'll run into issue somewhere down the line. It would be your responsibility to ensure you're not violating any copyright and trademark laws. You should also expect that payment gateways will be far more likely to reject you as a customer.

I'm not lawyer so it will be best to seek professional advice on any legal issue - and not trust responses on a forum.

I jump on these forums to help and share some insights. Not looking to be hired, and not looking for work.

Don't hand out staff invites or give admin password to forum members unless absolutely needed. In most cases the help you need can be handled without that.
