Dimension sizes on Aliexpress are all in cm. Is there a way to easily convert?

I'm wanting to dropship home decor items like area rugs and pictures etc. but in Aliexpress, they are all in cm. Each item seems to have over 100 variants and that would be extremely time consuming to convert manually. Is there another solution?

Good video, however, I'm not in the clothing industry. I was really just looking for an app that would take all the sizes in cm and automatically convert them to inches or feet because of how many variations there are, its very time consuming manually.
