DROPSHIPPING WITH ALI EXPRESS

hi everyone, 

I need your help and advice. I recently started my business online dropshipping to the US using Ali Express DSers, however when someone places an order an error pops up saying we cant ship. Have you guys ever had that problem? If so, did you end up being able to ship to the Us? Id appreciate the feeback, and help and how to fix this issue.
