Dropshipping with Aliexpress

I recently started dropshipping with the app Dropshipman through Aliexpress. I ordered my orders through the app, but when I got directly to the AliExpress website it says awaiting payment. I am very confused can someone please help me clarify because I thought the orders were paid for once my customers placed it and paid.

No, i didnt at the time. I'm new to dropshipping so I'm not sure about the
whole payment process.
