Dropshipping with etsy

I know this question has probably been asked quite a few times already, but I am wondering if I can dropship other people's products using Etsy as my supplier. Basically, what I am needing to know is if I find a product that I want to sell on my website can I move the product to my website and sell it for them or do I need to get permission from the seller or can I just throw everything I need to get to selling the product onto my website.
