Facebook ADS STOPPED, ist this affecting the ads?

Hello! 

My Ads stopped because I could not load up my debit Credit Card.. The ads stopped working for ca. 12 Hours in the Nights.. Is this affecting my adsets? It stopped only because of the money,  I didn't change anything of the keywords ect.?
