FasterPay Payment acceptance issue

Hello All,

    I have started DropShipping Bussines Through Oberlo on Shopify.  I am having problem while processing payment Before purchase from my store. Everything work fine while entering address and information but after accepting the provided information it takes to a new tab which shows the following message:

Error processing your order!

The business you're trying to pay is either deactivated or is not yet ready to accept payments online. If you're the owner of this business please contact us at merchantsupport@fasterpay.com

And nothing happen afterwards, I have also sent an E-mail to the provided contact in the error message yet no reply.....

Kindly Provide With Solution ASAP
