Yes, but it took over a month to be delivered and the tracking wasn't picked up on the US side so we had to trust that the customer was patient and thankfully it worked out, but we are now trying to change suppliers

Yes. Quality has been very spotty and shopping VERY long. So far we’re unimpressed.

My store has only been open for a month. I've had 2 sales, so I don't have much experience with shipping & cust. service with Aliexpress.  I am looking for other providers, because the selection of products in the pet (dog,cat) area is very limited.  So if anyone can recommend another source, I would appreciate that!
