How do you add new products and synchronize prices / availability between different marketplaces?

I have one channel for sales. I have a shop on shopify. I want to run on Amazon and eBay. The total is about 700 items and I don’t know how to do this better with my assortment. Should I add everything manually or look for a specialist or use some kind of tool? It is also not clear how to synchronize the prices and availability in the future... Share your experience

I also have this issue where our cost of sale for Shopify on-line, eBay and Amazon are different so our selling price needs to be different as well even though we are actually shipping the same SKU.
It appears to me that this is a 'must have' feature - any suggestions on how we can achieve this? Thank you..
