How to import products from csv files with different format? Any easy way to do it?

We have some suppliers that some of them just send bulk CSV files with different format then Shopify's

Any idea how to make it the same without having to do it manually all the time?

Take a look at Mixtable. Mixtable is a spreadsheet like Google Sheets, but with all Excel-style formulas and behavior. And it seamlessly syncs to and from Shopify. You can easily paste the data from your CSVs into a Mixtable workbook and sync your data back to Shopify. See here for more on how to bulk edit your Shopify store's data.
