Importing reviews after adding product to store

Hello all, I added hundreds of products to my store before buying an app that would import the reviews along with the products.  My question is there a way to connect the reviews from Aliexpress besides deleting the products then adding them again?

For Import reviews please follow some steps given here:-

1. Make sure you have a CSV file of the reviews you want to import and that it is formatted correctly.
2. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Product Reviews.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Import.
5. Click Choose file, and then select your CSV file.
6. Click Import.

We recommended using any review importer app with the filter "import only English reviews"
