I have read all I could find but can’t seem to find an answer. I’m selling t-shirts, if there is a return does it come to me or does it go to the supplier? Is it their problem or mine?

That's a great question! Can you let us know which supplier is being used? As this context will determine the process of the customer returns.
With that being said, the process of the customer returning the product will depend on the supplier and business setup. Some suppliers like Printify for example, have a Return Policy listed on their website.
If the supplier you are using has an application that you are using, you can reach out to the supplier directly with this inquiry. To contact the support team for the application, you will need to navigate to the Apps section of the online store and select *Get Support. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
