Im having a issue where I have fulfilled an order and it was delivered to customer door step via drop off.

 

There's no tracking number and have proof of the package been dropped off via picture of the house and also order confirmation # and details.

 

How could I fulfill this order correctly where the customer will have details

There are also a number of 'order tracking' apps on the Shopify app store, which will allow you to have a page on your site where customers can enter their order number and email to view tracking progress: https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=order%20tracking
