Processing payments from shopify store to Australia Business account

Hi Shopify,

I am currently setting up an online CBD store and using a supplier in the USA. The company will focus primarily on sales within the USA. I am a non USA resident.  Can I set up the payments to process through Canada or Australia as I don't hold a US bank account and do not have a EIN in the US?
