Can anyone tell me why the shipping price is high at particular areas such as Rwanda ??

The shipping cost increased times due to the COVID19 in 2020, the flights at least cut down 90% than last year, thus the shipping cost is more expensive and some more countries has no courier shipping service. No matter Rwanda, Nigeria or other countries, the shipping cost is always high, no to mention in 2020.
