Shopify Payments dropshipping

hello, Im building my dropshipping store to sell in the united states. But i live in Argentina and its not available shopify payments. I dont have a fisic store in argentina but i want to do dropshipping for the people in the united states. But i DO have an USA bank account and my mother's location there.  Can I use that as a comercial location in the united states to be able to use shopify payments?

If you use your mother's USA bank account, then store name and store location you should use your mother details only I guess.
