Shopify to Shopify Drop-shipping

Hi everyone,

I manage a multi-brand clothing ecommerce site that uses a hybrid of drop-shipping and wholesale to fulfill orders from our brand partners to our customers.

We use Shopify for our site back-end and currently use the application Simple Purchase Order to send emails to our brand partners when an order is received.  This process is working fine for them. 

A number of our new prospective brand partners also use Shopify for their own DTC ecommerce platforms and would like to integrate their system with ours in order to automate the order transmission and inventory sync process.

Is there another application I can use that can connect my Shopify account with a brand partner's Shopify account or with their Quickbooks perhaps?

The solution would ideally allow us to preserve our current system of using Simple Purchase Order for brands who prefer this more manual order notification method.  We also fulfill some orders ourselves so we must maintain that ability as well.

Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
