Tracking Number Import

Hi, my supplier is CJ Dropshipping and they say that they send Shopify the tracking number 24 hours after the order fulfilled. I am wondering how Shopify takes in those tracking numbers especially in relation to my tracking app. For example: 1. Customer Places Order and I fulfill it 2. Supplier sends tracking number to Shopify 24 hours later. 3 Does Shopify then put that tracking number into my tracking app? How will my customers get their tracking information. I currently use Rush as my tracking app which integrates with Shopify well as does my supplier.
