Using a US address

Hey guys

So I have a USA address I got - even though I'm not a US citizen. I'm using this address as the formal address to my store, that's what I want the customer to see, and to ship back the items if they would need to. 

So when I setup my store settings - at the store address, I'm using the USA one, not my home address. Is it a problem? in some way? I mean is it illegal or something like that?

Your store address, bank account/credit card address, PayPal account address must be the same.  Atleast the country must be the same.

There is a reason why they are should be the same?
